• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en Estampilla Pro Desarrollo.
• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en Estampilla Pro UIS.
• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en Estampilla Pro Cultura.
• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en Estampilla Pro Electrificación.
• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en Estampilla Pro- Hospitales Universitarios.
• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en Estampillas Pro – Adulto mayor.
• DOS POR CIENTO (2%) del valor total del contrato sin IVA en tasa Pro – Deporte y recreación.
• ORDENANZA 012 DE 2005: Se hace exigible la liquidación y recaudo del 10% adicional sobre el valor total de las estampillas departamentales anteriormente enunciadas. También se hará exigible el 10% de la tasa Pro – Deporte y recreación.
• El porcentaje de Retención en la fuente a que haya lugar, que se aplicará al valor del contrato sin IVA.
